About me - the person behind the lens
F-Stop Photography has been created by Pat Sloane. A South African born International Photographer, who now resides in New Zealand.
Pat’s passion for Photography started at a young age while helping his late father, an amateur photographer, in his dark room developing pictures. Photography became a hobby first, predominately taking pictures of aircraft (Pat’s other passion) and then developed into a career. While a large part of his work is from overseas there are some even early pieces displayed in the Auckland War Birds Museum at Ardmore.
As you browse through this page you will see the diversity of photographic style as he captures imagines from a variety of genres including Aviation, Wildlife, Real Estate, Aerial, Corporate, Studio, Concerts, Events, Sports, Equestrian, Birthdays and Weddings.
Aside from the obvious services you would expect from a photographer Pat also has a Limited Addition Collection coming soon to New Zealand. These are large photographic prints approximately 1.5m x 1m Framed. We will update this page, as these become available.
Happy browsing
"A photograph is a moment in time capturing the essence of the photographer and their subject at that precise instant." – Pat Sloane
